Katherine Cordier

Clinician

Kat is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing since 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Master of Science in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Dayton. Kat is trained in EMDR and able to provide this therapy to her clients. She is currently under supervision until 2026 Scott Campbell and his license number is E.1700477-SUPV


With a decade of experience in higher education and community mental health, Kat has worked with a diverse adult population, supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, grief, career transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and life adjustments.


Kat believes that counseling is both a science and an art, requiring a flexible and individualized approach. She integrates various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, and mindfulness, tailoring her methods to each client's unique needs. She is passionate about fostering self-awareness, social insight, and personal growth, helping clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.


Known for her empathy, warmth, and ability to balance optimism with realism, Kat creates a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. She is a strong advocate for holistic wellness, continuous self-improvement, and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.


Outside of work, Kat enjoys spending time with her dogs and exploring new places in Cleveland, Ohio.
