Paige Velez

Clinician

I am a licensed social worker with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, specializing in working with children, adolescents, and adults. With a master's degree in social work from Indiana Wesleyan, not only do I bring compassion and empathy but also knowledge and skills to help empower individuals . My approach to therapy integrates evidence-based modalities, including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Therapy ( SFT) to help individuals navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

I believe that trust, safety, and understanding is the foundation to a successful relationship between therapist and client. Through a compassionate and client-centered approach, I strive to create a safe and supportive space where individuals can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve their personal goals. Whether working with children facing behavioral challenges, adolescents coping with self-esteem issues, or adults managing stress and relationships, I tailor treatment plans to meet each client’s unique needs.

My passion lies in empowering individuals to build resilience, enhance self-awareness, and foster lasting positive change. My hope is that each person will learn to thrive, not just survive.
